I’ve been using Ashwagandha for stress relief, but I still feel anxious. Am I not taking the right dosage?

While Ashwagandha is beneficial for stress, individual responses may vary. It might require dosage adjustments or combining it with other stress-relief techniques for better results. Also taking self medication might not give you the desired results as your body might have different needs which has to be evaluated. Stress is a complex thing which has to be solved with medications, counseling and lifestyle changes. You can also undergo certain therapies if required like Shirodhara and all. Meditation might also help you to overcome stress.
