I’m a 35-year-old male experiencing frequent acidity after meals. Along with acidity, I also feel a burning sensation in my chest and sometimes have difficulty swallowing. Are there any Ayurvedic remedies to soothe this?
Sipping a concoction of warm water with a teaspoon of fresh ginger juice or consuming aloe vera juice after meals to soothe acidity. Additionally, incorporating cooling herbs like coriander and fennel in your diet can also help in managing acidity. Avoiding hot & spicy food will help. Consider consuming milk if you are not lactose intolerant. Difficulty in swallowing has to be focused more as it might suggest the possibility of tonsils or uvulitis or even possibility of some pathology related to esophagus. You can consult any doctor for that.
