Specific yoga asanas (postures) and stretching exercises can strengthen the back muscles, improve flexibility, and promote spinal health. Poses like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose), and Marjariasana (Cat-Cow Stretch) can be beneficial. Additionally, regular practice of Pranayama (breathing exercises) helps to enhance overall well-being. Combining it with Ayurvedic medication and lifestyle modifications has to be done in addition.
